      Pros

      HTA is an amazing place to work, learn, and grow both as an individual and as a person. It is a fun and family oriented environment with a great atmosphere. HTA encourages their employees to do their very best and give their 100% in everything that they do. One of the best things about the Highway Toll Administration is that the company always recognizes an individuals hard work and dedication. This recognition goes a long way and shows that the company does see your hard work and appreciates it.

      Cons

      One downside is the extra/long hours that you must put in very often. Even though there are days where you have to work long hours the company does recognize you for your time and effort.

      The only Pro is that it was remote. Also no on-call

      Cons

      Kinda stressful despite low pay. Can have have periods where you are expected to work a lot of unpaid OT
