      There are some terrific people who really care about the work they're doing. Positive, friendly environment with management that understands work-life balance. Your work is yours, you are not micromanaged.

      Cons

      If you are someone who constantly needs to be told what to do, this probably isn't the right company for you.

      Good company atmosphere Company asks only that you work what you are asked. No overtime, no off hour emails

      Management can be slow to update or change DEVs are not local so some downtime during issues
