Pros
Not much to say about them beside that they provide a paycheck and they gave me some experience that helped me find a much stable job at a real company.
Cons
Where do I start, the company is ran by liars and shady VP's. They under appreciate their employees and the little people that actually value the company have been let go for disagreeing with their policies and changes. They claim to be competitive but how can you be when you are constantly changing everything to better benefit the owner and their pockets. Bonus goals are always changes mid month after their employees have killed themselves with false promises.
