Decent deal experience for junior and mid level professionals largely because very few senior professionals add much value.

Poor executive leadership resulting in attrition of the most respected senior professionals at the firm. No longer in the buyout business because last LBO fund performed horribly (largely traditional media assets), now only engaged in the mezz-lending business and has way too many professionals supporting a couple of sub-$400 million vehicles.
