Poor management, payment at bottom of the market with poor upward evolution that is based on 'personal evaluations' without any follow-up with the employer. The only aim seems to place their starters at an attractive client, wait till they're taken over by it and cashing in the meantime. Therefore, the leave rate is extremely high and consultants working longer than 2 years are exceptions.
