They company culture was actually great, really friendly employees and a relaxed enviroment.

They made pretty much the entirity of the operations department redundant citing the reason as "they couldn't afford to pay us due to a bad year in business". Earlier that year they were bought out by a billion dollar American company and said they were having the best proffits yet. Also they people they couldn't afford to pay were earning minimum wage.

Free fruit and raisins. Some good people.

Unless you are absolutely desperate, you deserve more than this salary. You deserve a more comfortable and less stressful working environment. So many people leave that they contract a recuiting firm to find them a new "cohort" on the regular. Then just cycle them through the training system.
