Thank you for your feedback. At Vero Biotech we have a Quality-First policy which has recently been inspected by and passed by the FDA and is ISO certified. We strive to receive feedback from both our employees, customers and vendors to make the best product possible. Sr. Management strives to ensure high-performance is not overlooked but is rewarded and given professional growth opportunities regardless of personal relationships. Those who are high performers may be given opportunities to work on projects which will gain them more exposure to the CEO and Sr. Leadership; this is designed to provide acknowledgement for their contributions and provide them with professional growth opportunities. We have had periods when longer hours were necessary to meet deadlines, which may have included the period when you were employed. Those who put in hard work are appreciated and recognized for their great contributions to the Company, as we would not be where we are without them. Since we have received FDA approval in December 2019, we have been ramping up in resources and are almost double in headcount as of today and are continuing a hiring surge. This is allowing us to better staff and reorganize our departments as we have launched into the commercial market and focus on next generation products.
