Lots of great people working here in the trenches. There are some very good leaders as well.

It's unclear where our company is going. No strategic direction. New Executive Chairman and President have paid themselves excessive compensation - $15 million - while conducting global layoffs. New management have made it clear they think employees are to blame for all bad outcomes or the company. Sweat shop environment. No room for progressing your career. Career progression at the company is just getting more work without more pay or title.
