Management is terrible. There is no clear direction and the senior management team is an absolute joke. Not a merit-based environment. You could get along with everyone you work with, bring in the most business, and still get treated like second class if you're not part of crowd that just kisses the owner's backside for job security. Catty, dishonest, back-stabbing, drama-filled environment. No room for advancement. No career path. This is a dead end.
