Toxic work environment. very bad team and work management from project managers. Bad behavior from some managers. Lack of freedom when choosing solutions architecture, technologies,etc. Additional hours are not paid. working on weekends / no work life balance. Working with that frontend drag and drop tool they have will make you forget about coding. You will find people getting paid twice your salary not knowing how to write a single line of code or IT principles, thus they've been hired due to strong connections with high management employees.
