      Pros

      My boss was great. Work was interesting. Pharmacy was great. Good opportunity for fresh out of school engineer.

      Cons

      Pay was low, and as a consequence, a lot of the departments are missing mid-career engineers. A lot of people would leave Vermeer and make 50% more right away. Insurance wasn’t great and was expensive. No incentive for the amount of travel I was expected to do.

      Thank you for your review. Our compensation package goes above and beyond take home pay. Throughout the year, if there is a profit, Vermeer has frequently shared profits back to team members in the form of bonuses and other benefits. We're always working on ways to improve, and appreciate your feedback on travel and compensation.
