4yThank you for your review. PTO is important to Vermeer so that team members can enjoy the downtime they deserve. Our compensation goes above and beyond take home pay. We look at total compensation on a regular basis, including insurance and premiums. Data tells us is that our premiums are lower than a lot of organizations. This means the money Vermeer pays is more because less is going to cover healthcare than at other organizations. While this isn’t an absolute statement for all team members, this is definitely true for the majority of our team. We're always working on ways to improve, and appreciate your feedback.
