Pros

- Verivest offered competitive compensation for my role - The development team seemed open to feedback and suggestions, which created an environment where employees could contribute to improving the software

Cons

- I felt misled during the hiring process regarding the nature of the role. While it was marketed as a salaried position, it turned out to be hourly, which was disappointing and caused initial frustration. - Verivest lacked organization and clear processes, making it challenging to navigate daily tasks efficiently. This lack of structure became apparent early on and contributed to a sense of chaos in the workplace. - The software used by Verivest was clunky and not user-friendly. It hindered productivity and added unnecessary complexity to tasks.

Pros

- Verivest offers a Professional Development plan, allotting up to $2,500 per calendar year to all employees who have been employed for 90 days. - Verivest is feedback centric, and regularly solicits feedback from their employees. That feedback is then reviewed and used to improve current processes or create new initiatives. - Verivest has a "work where you work best" policy, allowing employees the flexibility to work from anywhere. - Verivest is a quickly growing startup, there is great opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

- With rapid growth, comes growing pains. Being able to pivot when priorities shift and change course is a necessity.
