We are proud to offer a fully remote and flexible work environment for all employees, and I am glad that you were able to experience the benefits here. We appreciate the feedback regarding our vision and leadership. In order to find product market fit in an evolving industry, we have reinvented our strategy rapidly in response to market dynamics and feedback. The speed of change can be difficult to embrace for some, which we recognize. We have tried to clearly communicate our vision to the wider team, but clearly fell short for this individual. We will take this feedback onboard to improve the experience for current and future employees. Wishing you well, Lindsay | Director of People Operations

Pros

- Verivest offered competitive compensation for my role - The development team seemed open to feedback and suggestions, which created an environment where employees could contribute to improving the software

Cons

- I felt misled during the hiring process regarding the nature of the role. While it was marketed as a salaried position, it turned out to be hourly, which was disappointing and caused initial frustration. - Verivest lacked organization and clear processes, making it challenging to navigate daily tasks efficiently. This lack of structure became apparent early on and contributed to a sense of chaos in the workplace. - The software used by Verivest was clunky and not user-friendly. It hindered productivity and added unnecessary complexity to tasks.
