Pros

Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing

Cons

It starts with the head office management: They don't have a good system and policies within the company. They always change the system which shows they still can't find the right system to run the business. Some of the tasks don't make sense. The staff at the hotel none of them are friendly. High turnover!! Very toxic environment. No wonder they always hiring new people every week. I think people are too scared to stay and decide to look somewhere better perspective within a good working environment. Super hosts ( not sure what their actual title is either a supervisor or a duty manager or FO manager or everything) are very toxic. The management itself are really good at upgrading someone from their internal regardless of their worth and able to have the duty or not. No! You can't talk with them, super bossy, never smile, are not friendly, are very moody, and are dictators, and both of them have an attitude. I think the hotel is always deleting bad reviews about their hotel because I've seen too many people complaining about the staff and the hotel itself. Their uniform looks super cheap. The people who are working at the front office are not well-grooming. As they don't care for your mental well-being, please stay away from this toxic job and environment.

Pros

Good growth opportunities and recognition if you’re willing to put in the work and advocate for yourself. Great people.

Cons

Workload is growing quickly with the growth of the business but the structure isn’t able to keep up so many people feel they have to work outside their hours to get their job done.

Pros

Underpaid but paid on time.

Cons

Severe understaffing - can be hired as a part-time employee but it will be assumed that you can work full-time hours. Management will depend on the property but you are often working alone managing guests, maintenance and housekeeping - management will simply leave in the middle of the day. No breaks - if you are assigned an 8 hour shift, expect to be on your feet for the full 8 hours. Some of the hotels are falling apart, management and further higher-ups would be aware but won’t fix the problem due to cost restraints so be prepared for angry guests.
