      Good exposure to learn how to manage heavy workflow and hard deadlines. Possible to become an expert in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word. Opportunity to become an expert IB analyst and crack into front-end IB. Decent pay for analysts due to bi-annual performance reviews. Possibility to develop good relationships with investment bankers of UBS across the globe.

      Cons

      Possibility of mental and health problems due to heavy workload. Possibility of harassment by Manager/Staffer. Management lacked proper experience and work ethics. Obsolete systems provided to analysts which hampers performance.

      Pros

      - For a fresher it is a good place to start. - Benefits like cafeteria, insurance and Transportation

      Cons

      - Notice period is 3 months too long - A lot of micro management. Even if you are 2 min late you are questioned. Strict 8 hour login and more if you have work or dumped work - No scope for your ideas. You are just a puppet - You cannot question. you only need to do what is told. If you dont, you are put on PIP - Interviews are taken based on how good you look. - Very bad politics. All the managers know how to put the blame on others. So be careful - Too biased. - only 1 way to survive. Lose your self respect and be their good slave.
