- Notice period is 3 months too long - A lot of micro management. Even if you are 2 min late you are questioned. Strict 8 hour login and more if you have work or dumped work - No scope for your ideas. You are just a puppet - You cannot question. you only need to do what is told. If you dont, you are put on PIP - Interviews are taken based on how good you look. - Very bad politics. All the managers know how to put the blame on others. So be careful - Too biased. - only 1 way to survive. Lose your self respect and be their good slave.
