Pros
I have met wonderful people while working here. Before they all quit, had an incredible HR team. I do believe in the core values and mission of Verity, they represent what I care about.
Cons
Big names and long time employees are leaving in droves. I cannot speak to why for everyone, but the burnout is HIGH currently with lack of support in staffing up departments, not enough to sustain good work life balance. I do not want to quit but I have been looking at other jobs because I am hitting a wall every work day regarding stress and duties needing to be completed. We are keeping subpar vendors and systems due to contracts, but the cost seems to be higher in terms of the bad experience it is creating. I feel like directors are not in communication with the company as much anymore, feels like a major disconnect and no idea what is really going on.
