Pros

Even though Veritiss is a smaller company, it is very family oriented and always took care of its people. The CEO is very personable and cares about the people as much as the mission. The management are very professional, helpful, and provides ample opportunities to succeed; the staff is always upfront and ensures employees are made aware of any changing or developing situations that may affect the team in any way, in a timely manner. As a Site Lead, I was given the latitude to run the team without fear of long distance second guessing or frequent guidance from corporate headquarters which allowed me to grow as a leader. Any arise issues were resolved promptly by simple phone call or email; the PM is very responsive and always provided sound advice. I enjoyed working for Veritiss and strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to work with a professional, ethical and honest company. I would gladly join their team again if the opportunity arises.

Cons

The only con is the long distance communication, I prefer face to face correspondence.

Pros

Great company, excellent working relationship with senior management and other long time employees. I have been with the organization since 2010, no problems or issues. Hard work great rewards!

Cons

I have nothing negative to say other than, work hard and get the rewards.

Pros

The owner of the company had a heart of gold for the most part. Waffle Wednesday was awesome. Met some great people. Some still

Cons

Very poorly managed. No training. Supervisor always harped on training and more job responsibilities, but never had time to provide training. Unless you call standing at your desk and shouting out instructions in 30 seconds or less. No matter how many times you asked, it was either "I'm too busy" or "Next week we will do training". I've even heard "If I need to train someone I might as well do it myself". You were often told to "Stay in your lane". (Most ridiculous thing I ever heard by the way) Really no opportunity for advancement. An ongoing turnover of employees, especially, VP's, CFO's and Directors. Benefits were average at best.. Too much micromanaging.
