Pros
Brought into Veritext through an acquisition, I wasn't sure how the working environment would be in what seemed like a huge national company (to me). Would I feel like I was now part of "the man," or just a cog in the wheel? The answer is no! I truly love working for Veritext. Though it is a bigger company, it still has that family-oriented feel. It has been a blessing beyond what I could have imagined. My coworkers are extremely kind-hearted, positive, professional, innovative, friendly, respectful, thoughtful, organized, encouraging and hardworking. We are challenged creatively to listen to the needs of clients and each other, work to bring solutions to client pain points and develop products and procedures that will simplify our workdays. The executives are down-to-earth, approachable, considerate and really care about the employees as people. It is a true TEAM environment and I am so grateful to be able to be a part of it.
Cons
I want to be fair at evaluating here, but I can't think of any downsides, since I love working at Veritext and feel very honored and blessed to be a part of this company. The people just make it all so wonderful!
