Pros
Excellent work environment, Family environment, great work life balance. No micromanage, reasonable expectation if employment. Great vacation time off, lots of potlucks and food, especially around the holidays. Co-worker and mangers are amazing and always willing to help.
Cons
Long hours until 9:00 if you have a family but it may be a plus for others, salary could be a little higher, considering the amount of responsibilities that are given. I only gave it 4 stars because of the low salary.
