1. CEO out of touch dealing with people professionally and respectfully at several levels. 2. Company focus non existant 3. No formal on boarding process. 4. Fractured coordination and no incentive for regions to work together. 5. Policy enforcement secondary to revenue. 6. Very reactionary atmosphere - lots of unnecessary scrambling. Poor planning. 7.
