Got to interact with plenty of individuals within the organization, got to engage in meaningful work

Low pay, wish to have been more involved in certain projects

Mission driven, diverse, international, engaged staff. Great benefits: generous vacation, health care, flexible work schedule.

The organization is still struggling through a reorganization while growing/adding staff. Internal communication needs improvements. Being fully remote does not help. Many staff feel unheard or at least not prioritized. There is no formal mechanism for career advancement. Unclear how to increase compensation.
