      Pros

      One of the best internships I have ever had. You learn a lot about research processes and how to read difference resources. The internship itself is quite dynamic because you have the chance to work on different projects and learn about different areas.

      Cons

      Internship is unpaid - understandable for a non-profit organisation though.

      Pros

      Mission driven, diverse, international, engaged staff. Great benefits: generous vacation, health care, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      The organization is still struggling through a reorganization while growing/adding staff. Internal communication needs improvements. Being fully remote does not help. Many staff feel unheard or at least not prioritized. There is no formal mechanism for career advancement. Unclear how to increase compensation.
