Verisure is a fast paced environment that places you out your comfort zone and allows you to learn new skills, the pro's working here are the people first and foremost, it is an inclusive and diverse company that encourages and values different backgrounds, nationalities and creeds. In my nearly 9 years at Verisure I have experienced more career and personal growth than in my previous 12 years at a different company, you are encouraged to challenge your current views and ideas with a focus on achieving a customer centric outcome.
Cons
With a fast paced environment sometimes comes a lack of details orientated mindset, however through collaboration with colleagues always willing to help outside their silo or department, targets and goals are both achievable and in most cases you are able to exceed them. Work life balance on the whole is generally good, but be prepared that in some occasions a minor sacrifice is needed, be it travel or time, this however is always recognised by your management team and appreciated.
