Pros

I would say good pay but for what your doing it’s not good at all

Cons

A lot - poor management if they’re ever on the floor. As they’re always having their coffee dates and hour long lunch’s in to hour long meetings. No support for actual issues and poor handling of peoples situations. Very clicky, so be careful. Dealing with customers angry screaming and shouting down the call about been lied to from installers and sales team and what they pay up to £400 and don’t keep equipment, then informed by one of the managers that this is normal and the big bosses don’t care as it’s been happening for years as long as the money is coming in there not concerned.

Pros

Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

Cons

They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
