      Working crazy hours Getting paid for less then a basic Money just coming out your wages, with no controll with other departments. No cohesiveness in between department.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
