      Unlimited commission, self gen and warm fed leads, but you are only guaranteed 4 leads a month and rely on manager for any more

      Cons

      Haphazard canvassing arranged by team leader, company culture is company comes first, so be careful of work life balance

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
