      Salaries can be good, however, that is completely dependent on upper management and which prices they feel to implement for the following quarter.

      I quitted due to the company not taking into consideration the feedback from employees, and managers actively attempt to suppress feedback about products, services, and prices.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
