The processes in place occasionally resulted in oversight and a reactive rather than strategic response to business needs, emphasizing short-term solutions over long-term planning. The culture fostered was fast-paced and felt unsupportive. There was a lack of documentation on processes, gate-keeping information and lack of proper product documentation that made it challenging to onboard into. This is particularly challenging in a company with a rotating door of talent/resources.
