      Pros

      Diwali, New Year perks are good. Slow moving, you get ample time, so not many things are burning.

      Cons

      Not much to learn. Most of the power is in hands of offshore team, and they treat India development team as a backoffice for 'not so worthy' tasks. If your manager is good, then it's fine, otherwise you will be stuck. Slow growth. Offshore team at same workex level as you will be atleast 2 levels above than Indian Developer team. Holding many people as SDE-1 at ~5 YoE and similar workex person having Lead designation(SDE-3) in offshore.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
