      Pros

      Great product strategy and roadmap. Great marketing. Fun, professional, passionate people.

      Cons

      Lots of recent turnover--forced and unforced. Employees increasingly treated as disposable resources. Company struggles with implementations and ongoing support, which delays customers' further investment with Verint products. HR dominates hiring and promoting decisions and enforces Draconic rules around promotions and raises.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
