      Pros

      Most co-workers are very helpful and friendly. Lunch provided one day a week to the office. Great first job, if you're fresh out of college maybe.

      Cons

      Not a great training and onboarding process. Pay is lower than industry average. Workloads can be unrealistic due to not hiring enough personnel and cut backs and not making their quarter revenue projections.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
