      Pros

      Fairly relaxed with decent opportunities of projects and career growth.

      Cons

      Feels very corporate and boring. Lower tier pay and do not offer equity in the form of RSUs to non managerial employees. Bonus is generally very underwhelming. Very meh benefits, 401k match is hardly anything, and high deductible health plans that you have to pay a premium for out of paycheck.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
