Pros

Lots of middle management in constant meetings

Cons

You simply cannot make money in sales at Verint. Commission rates are tiny and quotas high. Ask them to show you a copy of comp plan and how many reps are making their number. This company has moved to a bottom line company that isn't concerned about top line. It's all about expenses, cutting costs, cutting commissions. No concern whatsoever for customer satisfaction, just how to get another dollar out of them. Really sad that they've gone so far down.
