      Pros

      Company has some good technolgoy in a very compeitive market. They are gorwing fast and expanding. They have a lot fo cash on hand and will continue to grow fast. The people are very nice.

      Cons

      Everyone is to busy to do their jobs effectivly. They have treated their customers poorly and it is coming back to get them. Services team almost brought the company down with poor upgrades and issues. Sales management are always trying to micomange the sales force instead of helping on deals. Long Hours and not much fun because of all the customer issues. Complan is not very good

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
