Pros

Some smart folks Really cool customers CEO and his management team live by the Verint values - truly inspiring

Cons

i. Employees who just aren't passionate about solving important/ interesting/ challenging problems ii. Employees who don't care about customers iii. Someone needs to show them how good employees are treated in modern companies (may be that leads to 1 and 2) iv. If you were to ask a random employee to list the Verint values at least 80% would fail! v. No career growth or development initiatives vi. No one can make decisions
