      Pros

      The company offer good pay/benefits. There were nice people to work with and free weekly lunches. They moved to new offices, which had both pros/cons, but it was new/clean!

      Cons

      Poor decision making from senior management; lacks updated systems for a company this large; poor morale; many process inefficiencies; senior management did not treat subordinates with the respect they deserved.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
