      Pros

      Many good people to work with. A great collaboration in my team. people share their knowledge and help each other.

      Cons

      No developments, no features, bad managers, old technologies (in my team), many travels abroad in bad conditions. (staying in site for more than 12 hours sometimes), no professional progress, no courses

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
