      Pros

      Great product within the industry, but not a place to work if you choose to be under the IT umbrella of internal support/operations.

      Cons

      Senior IT management changes annually and pays no mind to the plans/ideas/solutions put in place by past teams. Unusually high staff turnover.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
