Pros

None. May be layoff package and WFH options depending on the manager.

Cons

Kills everything in you - Technical skills (outdated), Morale, Motivation, best practices (forget about it) Project goes to low cost labor centers. Nothing to do with industry standards. Every penny goes as bonus to bragging upper management folks who literally does nothing other than ruining functional engineering. 2 wonderful companies with great products tat got aquired by verint was simply scraped due to these "Mega I..s" Unless its life or death situation don't even look at the name board of this company
