      Pros

      Product house, in particular QA is a great place to work if you can get in. Like a family. Management is great and always willing to assist.

      Cons

      Growth by mergers seem to be moving to fast. Slow down and concentrate on your most important assets, your people.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
