Sales and sales-engineering team members are well-qualified, overall, and are generally enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Sales management and product management do not act on the feedback that is given from field sales reps, even when feedback is nearly unanimous, so technology is slow to evolve, and decisions are driven by needs of a couple large clients, not the needs of the market overall.
