      There are a lot of good natured team members, within each group there are good relationships.

      Cons

      Very political nature, a lot of movement and changes constantly. Only some groups care about the morale and work life balance of their teams.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
