Get ready for constant ownership arguments between teams. - Way, way too much top-down force from technical leadership - Massive bureaucracy inherited from Google, except now in a company with no net revenue... - After exiting Google the equity program was abruptly yanked away due to indefinite "restructuring". On paper our compensation is suddenly 30-40% less per person with no recourse.
