Verily Response
2yThank you for leaving your review and we’re sorry to hear you’re having this experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to hear more of your feedback. Verily moves quickly and there have been several changes as the business has evolved, which we know can be challenging, especially for Veeps (employees) who have been here for longer periods of time.
As it relates to changes related to Project Flywheel (our separation from Google platforms and systems), we made a commitment to share information with employees as soon as decisions are made, which we’ve done across multiple channels over the past two+ years so there should be no surprises to employees about what’s happening or what’s to come. We are also working closely with our recruiters to ensure their conversations with candidates reflect all of the information and decisions, as well as to outline what additional changes are planned.
Specifically, as you heard in our recent company meeting, Verily’s go-forward benefits are not going away at all - we’re staying with our same providers and offering nearly identical medical, dental and vision plans and no changes in premiums from 2024 to 2025. We know strong benefits are one of the many reasons Veeps are drawn to Verily and this is not changing. We also continue to have the support of Alphabet and our investors as is shared regularly with all employees. Thanks again for sharing, and please reach out to PACT directly at Verily-PACT@google.com.
