Pros
Verily's mission is great and their products and platforms are helping people help themselves. Great partnerships for clinical trials. Hiring Managers are passionate about their teams. They will step up and help close a new hire.
Cons
Poor leadership, micromanagement and candidates are just a number. Hiring managers are not involved enough and no balance or ownership on interview teams. Nice individuals, but overall an unpleasant environment. They are too small to act like Google. Process does not flow and lack of interest to focus or make effort to hire urm and female engineers. No plan, no compliance.
