      Co-workers are all very intelligent, talented, and helpful. Lots of autonomy and advancement opportunity. Excellent amenities including gym, free (high quality) breakfast and lunch, and onsite childcare center.

      Cons

      Lots of ambiguity can make navigating internal systems and getting proper approvals challenging.
