      Alphabet Perks, No Other Pros

      Cons

      Blame Culture Rampant. Highly Political. Ineffective at managing partnerships. Challenging career growth. All of which result in poor execution as evidenced by the companies success rate as well as the high turn-over rate of barely a couple of years (many cases shorter).

      Pros

      Most of the team was very smart, and much of the work was very interesting.

      Cons

      Chaotic team structure, lots of red tape, confusing project ownership, too many overlapping people on some projects, while not enough for others.
