      Pros

      Very talented and diverse team, amazing mission, access to Google internal tools and technologies

      Cons

      Inability to prioritize has resulted in long-term improvements taking the back seat to the pressing issues of the day. When the pandemic started, management expected long working hours, then took away the spot-bonus program. Talented people are starting to leave.

      Pros

      Most of the team was very smart, and much of the work was very interesting.

      Cons

      Chaotic team structure, lots of red tape, confusing project ownership, too many overlapping people on some projects, while not enough for others.
